Large Firm Strategies for Working with Our Customers: An Interactive Session
We constantly struggle to keep in touch with our customers - the lawyers and staff of the firms we serve. Understanding the "customer" has become more complex as the size of the "large" law firm has grown and we often have many constituencies with competing agendas. Limited resources and expectations of continuing reductions in the cost of technology complicate the situation even more. This session is designed to be provide a practical discussion of techniques that can be used develop strategies to better develop relationships, understand and, thereby better serve, our customers; will explore practical methods that can be used to identify, categorize and approach the management of our customers; and will give you a chance to participate and use the tools and techniques explored during the session. Be ready to discuss one of the most serious challenges facing us: how to understand our customers and manage an effective response to their needs. This session focuses on techniques that are particularly useful when dealing in a large firm environment.

Doing More with Less: Life in the Small Firm
Join us for an open discussion to share and learn how other small firms meet "large firm" technology needs. Discussion points include disaster recovery for the single location office, possibilities for the SAAS (software as a service) model, providing high quality training, best practices for farming out projects, Microsoft licensing, saving money while increasing value to the firm from IT. Come and discuss your hurdles and share your secrets.

SharePoint for Large Firms: Integration, Customization, Client Collaboration and Search
Join our three SharePoint experienced panelists as they discuss these topics and more in an interactive round robin. Share your experiences and hear about the unique issues, struggles and successes faced by other large firms who have gone through SharePoint implementations.

SharePoint for Small Firms Discussion Forum
Hear our panelists discuss SharePoint topics particularly relevant to smaller firms (less than 150 lawyers).
