New! The ILTA '09 Itinerary Planner can help you plan your week! Here's how to get started:
Start by adding any sessions of interest to your Itinerary by visiting the Surf Sessions page. From there you can search for educational sessions of interest. After each search, you'll see a button appear which if clicked, will add all events from your search results to your Itinerary. Or you can click on any educational session to view the details about that session, where you'll see a link at the bottom of the Event Detail screen entitled "Add to my Online Itinerary".
After adding sessions to your Itinerary, the option to view your Itinerary will be presented. You can also return to your Itinerary at any time by visiting this page on the ILTA '09 Conference website or by simply bookmarking the page in your browser.
Intended Usage for the Itinerary Planner:
Add as many events and sessions of interest to your Itinerary as you wish, even if sessions share the same start time. At any time, you can delete sessions that you have added to your Itinerary by clicking the checkbox shown by a session - then click the Delete link shown at the top of the Itinerary screen. You can also start over by using the Delete All link to erase all sessions currently shown in your Itinerary. Please note that you are not reserving a seat or committing to attend any event by using the Itinerary Planner. It is purely a tool to help you plan your week. At any time, you can print your Itinerary to carry with you or access it from any computer connected to the Internet to view online.
PDA User Tip:
If your PDA or smartphone has web access, you can view your Itinerary from your PDA. To facilitate easy access from your device, send the URL for the Itinerary (available here) to your PDA and/or bookmark the URL on your device for quick access. When opening the URL on your PDA, be sure to click the "remember me" checkbox on the login page to streamline future viewing of your Itinerary from your device.
Sample Itinerary Planners:
The following itineraries are suggestions only. Due to the large number of great sessions available, many of the sample itineraries will feature more than one suggestion in the same time block.
